I'de be a Junk-Yard Dog.
That's a hot dog split down the middle (but not all the way), grilled on a flat top with a buttered bun. Topped with caramelized onions, bacon,jalapenos, garlic mayo, ketchup, relish, mustard and white American cheese.
Heat all that up a little and serve with Chili fries and a chocolate-malt shake.
Make sure you've got plenty of napkins. Because when you wet your pants ( cause it tastes so good) your gonna want to sop up your seat.

I don't really like hot dogs much but, on the rare occasion I eat one, I don't put anything on it, so i'd be a plain one on a roll with nothing.

Nathan's. Boiled, then grilled, on a steamed bun with ketchup (yes, KETCHUP!) and spicy brown mustard. sauerkraut on the side (the bun gets too gummy if you put the kraut on the dog).
