Check out this video from g4 earlier. 2k looks amazing this year. I've loved their basketball (and their hockey) for a while and it looks like they've made some awesome changes.

i love that you can have updates on the fly when trades happen and whatnot. i just hope they have a better postgame. i miss the days of the old school ea games where theyd show whats happening around the league and so on. tho it was a nice step last year with the plays of the game, that was neat.

Ya, the living rosters are pretty sick and I really like the idea of keeping them up to date. I remember playing last year and playing against the Pistons and every time I would get blocked by Wallace I'd be getting a little bit angrier thinking to myself "he doesn't play for this f-ing team!"
This is a real welcome addition to the game. Plus with the new shot stick, I'm sure eventually it'll be nearly impossible to block me.

Just a heads up, game drops today so definitely get it. I don't know how many of you played the demo over the weekend but I did and really liked it. 2k9 is definitely worth the buy.
