maybe Christmas IS magic.
i ran into an old friend today. she was even more beautiful then before. it's been 6 lonely months without her. things ended bad between us because of my parinoia, but today, things went fine. a little too fine. i am glad today happend. i doubt we will talk again for a while, but it was a nice suprise.
uh..my question for all of u is this:
can 2 people who hurt each other in the past, become friends again?

i think it's possible. At least, i'd like to think it's possible. i think that the key becoming friends again after you hurt each other is time. you both need to work out whatever pain you've cause or have within yourselves and eventually you come to a point where you're able to say, yeah we were both fucking stupid, lets not make the same mistake twice.

and here's the conversation that usually follows:

THEM: "What?"
ME: "Don and mike."
THEM: "Who are don and mike?"

THEM: "Stop talking to me and leave me alone."
ME: "Don and mike."
THEM: "I said leav freak."
ME: "Don and mike."
Them: "Are you listening to me freak, get the f--- out."
ME: "Oh, you said the f word."
THEM: "Go f--- yourself douchebag."
ME: "Douchebag."
THEM: "Oh, that's it."
ME: "Don and mike douchebag."
[here, they usually hit me hard and i fall down]
THEM: "You see what you made me do?"
ME: "F--- you douchebag."
[more hitting/ more pain/ police show up at this time]
POLICE: "Freeze."
THEM: "No office, you don't understand."
ME: "Don and mike."
POLICE: "Oh don and mike rock and you, you're coming with me."
THEM: "Office he started it."

Yes, they can, alhough a lot of it has to do with (1) how solid a friendship was it, and (2) how painful was the hurt.

From your description, it sounds as if both of you are ready to put this (whatever it was) behind you. That's great!!

Here's hoping the relationship is all the more stronger for having gone through this.</font>
