I picked this up today with my son and we played a bit. I'm enjoying it. It has a lot of the same irreverent humor from the Star Wars and Indiana Jones games. I'm enjoying a lot of the visual jokes that only a comics nerd such as I will get. For example...a vignette where Mr. Freeze is having a Mr. Freeze doll kiss a Captain Cold doll.

I'll post more as I play but I'm glad its finally out.

She'll enjoy it. You can first play as the heroes and then start over again and play as the villains. Pretty nifty. They brought in the whole gamut of Batman villains, I even saw Man-Bat and Killer Moth!

I love the subtle humor. Clayface being a retard is hysterical. I heard one of the unlockable characters is Hush. Which is fucking fantastic. Moth Man being a light obsessed dope is also pretty damn funny too.

One thing that was also funny was in the beginning. Robin trying to be all cool, jumps down from the top (and crashes), while Batman just takes the stairs. Classic.

Lego games are supposedly amazing, but I can't say I've played one in a long time. With batman fresh on the mind after TDK I'm going to check this out.

In the villan missions how the hell do you destroy the last 2 red power towers with the robot I cant get to them, there on the back side and the robot wont fit.....

never mind it was a glitch/bug corrected itself once I left the room and then came back in, watch oout if you have the PS2 version

Awesome game. Gotta say all the Lego games have been really fun. The Star Wars one is better and closer to the movies then 95% of Star Wars games ever made.
