I would like to see the video... both of the toddlers tantrum and the spraying.

The thing that disturbs me is that she sprayed her in the face. I think the mother should at least get some mandatory parenting classes. Raising a toddler can be hell, and being patient is key, but really hard to do. Not every kid is the same and responds to certain disciplinary actions the same way, yet some advice on how better to handle and control tantrums would be good for her, especially since she is pregnant and will soon have to handle two of them.

Especially since she held her very close and did not let her go.

Reason for arrest and severe child abuse? Not exactly (yet) but I think this mother needs some guidance and to be monitored for a while to see how she handles herself.

And by the way, the other woman standing by should be smacked in the head.

Not to be a racist... but by her name I am just going to assume she is not an English speaking individual, their methods of raising children are often different. They tend to spoil their kids rotten yet beat them blue if they don't behave.
