dane really seems to get under peoples skin for some reason, im not a huge fan of his comedy but i have laughed at some of his stuff, this is the first time he ever came across as an ass tho.

I do think it's that feeling he's being forced on us. Or he traded in actually working at his craft and being a good comic to pander to the lowest common denominator. He's the quintessential sell out.

I was a big fan of his comedy. I loved his Harmful If Swallowed CD and the appearances he had earlier on. I thought he was great on Tourgasm but when he came around and did Vicious Circle, to me it came off that he got too cocky and commercialized. IMO the Superfinger became like a catchphrase that he had work into every appearance.. Then when he released his song I was done.

I thought a lot of his stuff was funny, but it's gotten too watered down. 3/4 of his punchlines now are just callbacks to old material. It's funny at first, but it just comes off as a story telling show rather than stand up.
