Pretty much any of the PA companies. I like Pumpernickel.

speaking of peanut butter pretzels, that's what I'm specifically seeking. I believe it's rold gold who puts out a peanut butter "sandwich" pretzel, but it's not a peanut butter filled pretzel.
I went to the anderson pretzel factory in lancaster, pa, and they sold one that was pretty good. of course I cant find anderson pretzels around these parts.

I think most of them make those. I know Snyder's does.

I have an unfair advantage. My boss' son used to work for Snyder, and he'd constantly bring a large variety of freebies.

Those pretzels sandwiches stink. Peanutbutter and Company in NYC has ones that are filled with peanutbutter and they are the best.

A filled pretzel sounds unnatural. Unless it's a soft one filled with cream cheese.

There is no greater snack on God's green earth than chocolate covered pretzels.

UPDATE
so about a month ago my search for a peanut butter pretzel was renewed due to a find in walgreens. they were 2/$3 and I decided to try them. I was underwhelmed. The brand name escapes me.
Anyway, on a tip, I headed over to my local trader joe's to get my next fix of PBPs. I was prepared to find both salted and unsalted versions, and I did
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v91/SatCam/0816091511.jpg
so I bought the unsalted ones. better, but still not what I was looking for. (I do realize these were mentioned above but for some reason I never sought them out the first time around)
I was in Stew Leonard's the other day I noticed they also carried peanut butter pretzels
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v91/SatCam/0904091233.jpg
the price point was something like $4-$5 so I passed. I cant justify that kind of cash for a product that has already let me down twice.
So there you have three places you can these things.
I, however, have discovered there is more to life than peanut butter pretzels
