Favorite "Godzilla" Movie?

"Godzilla vs The Smog Monster"is great, but "Godzilla vs King Kong" is a classic. Great fight scenes, and Japanese actors in blackface. A must see!

I can't think of the name, 'cause I swore it was "Calling All Monsters". It was the one which featured, well, all the monsters. Including the basrard molested son of Godzilla, Godzuuuukiiiii, who looked surprisingly like a bald Gary Coleman, who happens to still be on hold.

It also featured a weird sequence involving mothra's larvae which probably would've been better on acid, and GAMERA!

Gamera is really sweet, Gamera is full of meat, WE ALL LOVE YOU GAMERAAAAA!

I know that it sort of doesn't count, but the Amercanized version that came out a couple years ago wasn't all that bad, even though it bombed in the theaters. Maybe it was Matthew Broderick, but I dunno.

I just watched "Godzilla vs Monster Zero". It does not get any better than this!

The movies that had the entire cast of monsters on MONSTER ISLAND were great and the Robot Version of Godzilla was one of my favorites

I saw the original Godzilla with the subtitles and no Raymond Burr in a theater once, it was cool.

As for my favorite GZ movie, I think I might have to say
Godzilla vs. Megalon with the legendary growing robot Jet Jaguar who looks like Jack Nicholson and has a fight theme! I have to thank MST3K for introducing me to this classic.

Does anyone else find it slightly odd that the 1996 Godzilla with the budget and actors is actually the worst Godzilla movie ever made?

I loved the Matthew Broderick Godzilla cause the special effects were fantastic eye candy! What else could have made it better? I know it could have been better.

I liked Godzilla vs. the three headed monster, I don't remember the name of the monster though. Weren't Godzilla and Gorgo the same type of monster? And does anyone remember War of the Gargantuans? Those Japs sure had cool monsters.

The 3 headed monster was "Ghidrah", and Gorgo" was a British ripoff of "Godzilla".
