I've been seeing a bunch of TV cips for this now and I gotta say it looks pretty cool. The super-technical thriller I think is a really cool premise that hasn't really been done right so far. Plus Billy Bob Thorton doesn't do bad movies, so that's quality assurance right there :tongue:

Actually, I like Billy Bob, Rosario Dawson and Michael Chiklis. Not sure about Shia though.

sounds interesting, but i'm sure it will disappoint. reminds me of enemy of the state a little bit.

It's got a good cast, but the trailers make the movie look like complete shit from my perspective. It's been done before. It's like Phone Booth, except the characters are running all over the place instead of standing in one spot.

Speaking of Phone Booth, that movie had a great premise, but the execution was a bit off and made the movie merely okay instead of something really good like it could have been.

Oh, and isn't this pretty much the same thing as Die Hard With A Vengeance? It's the only Die Hard I've seen, but this Eagle Eye sounds pretty much just like that one, just with Shia Lebouf and a cell phone.

What did you think Sanchez?I was pretty pleased when I saw it. It was a great thrill ride throughout and especially early int eh movie, it had me locked in. I was definitely impressed with it, I'm really starting to like DJ Caruso's movies.
