Turkey gravy

My mom, God bless her soul, gave my sister, brother and me this recipe about 5 years ago. I'm lame when it comes to making gravy. This recipe rocks! You can freeze it up to 1 week or 1 month. It's absolutley delicious. Yeah, I have Thanksgiving on my mind. :ohmy:
