My nutrisystem came today!

Woo-hoo! I like bad food and all the food is sent to you in the mail, a month's worth all at once, it's perfect for me! Last year I lost like fifteen pounds on the Fat Smash, but it was too much work to find all the food myself. This way my laziness is no problem as the food comes right to me. And now that I'm another exercise group I should be reaching my goal weight in a reasonable amount of time. It is expensive, but I think it'll be worth it.
Any success stories with this or anything similar?

how much does something like this cost? Is it really that much more expensive then buying food normally?

I tried it about two years ago. It was really convenient and the food was pretty good. I liked how you could change up your list of foods after you found out you didn't like something. I had to stop doing it though, because it was too high in sodium and my blood pressure shot way up. Everybody's different though, so it may be just the thing for you. Good luck!

Back in the day I used to get Nutrisystem and I lost 30 lbs the first month! I liked it. It was very easy and worked, but I think it has a lot of salt and stuff. It is basically portion control. I think it works as long as you are on it and stick to it, but if you stop, you gain it all back, like I did. I was thinking o going back on it just to help me start losing again, but I had a lot bette success with the zone diet.
