Scott Ferrel was on this morning to replace Craig. Nothing like getting fired right before vacation. Ken Stevens has built quite a reputation for himself.Merry Chritmas---You're Fired!

I remember hearing Farrel when he was on WFAN. He had a crazy show with alot of sound effects. It could be a good move but it does sounds different without Craig.

It took me forever to just get used to Craig, and when I finally do, he's OUT!

The guy this morning was trying way too hard and being all wacky (honk honk). And there was NO chemistry between him and Blaine and all.

Yup, Scotty Ferrell from The Bench is a Sports Guy, Mornings, Se7en.

I was stunned like the rest of the ppl who at times listen to them in the mornings.

He has an annoying voice and all which suits late night better.

The alcohol and beer shots don't really work right if you think about it. But for me and a few others, its just another day!

The last time Blaine had chemistry with anyone it was a very large DJ and a traffic girl on PLJ.

Ferrell is absolutely amazing. A real shot in the arm. I'm finally gonna start listening to Menudo. What happened to Ferrel's stint on ESPN Radio. I would've liked to listen when he was on 1050, but he was on the same time as the Bennington & Whatley show.

I HATED Craig. When I did listen, it seemed he was just saying crap to piss people off. You could tell him & Blaine hated each other. I just hope they stop saying "New York's only Sports Morning show" because that is a downright lie. Good Riddance.

What happened to Ferrel's stint on ESPN Radio. I would've liked to listen when he was on 1050, but he was on the same time as the Bennington & Whatley show.
Now I could be wrong here, but I thought he originally quit his radio gig because he got a job commentating for pro hockey or something like that (that has since ended). I know he also did some stuff on that godawful "Battledome" show (bad, bad, BAD ripoff of American Gladiators) a while back. I guess he's into radio again.

Ferrell is the guy they should have put in once Scott Kaplan and Sid left. Ferrell can be so good, if he is given time and the right people to play off of him. He's great with callers, and he knows his sports.

Se7en, he quit a gig (I think it was in Vegas) to do Thrashers commentary. He was fired and then he announced on Battledome (How would YOU know se7en???) He was also the announcer in a game called Blast Lacrosse for Playstation.

Ferrel reminds me of Sid Rosenberg, as silly as that seems. Sid was much less hardcore about sports and more about injecting his own craziness into the mix.

Is winter the time that WNEW likes to strike?? I mean it was in Winter 99-00 that WNEW got rid of ole morning show (that living abortion known as Mason and Kalinsky), and Leykis...then in Dec 00 it was the Chick...this year the strike isnt so bad, just Craig. But God only knows what the hell is going to happen once the New Years begins...I only pray dear God nothing too radical, except of course Don and Mike can go. I wouldnt miss them...but that is besides the point, Craig good luck in any endeavor you pursue. I thought he did a good job trying to get people to listen to the show (pledge drive). Unfourtunatly good work doesnt seem to count when you have a 1.0, I did enjoy the show on Friday with the new guy and Billy Taylor. All three make a good mix...
