To be honest the reason I picked Minnesota had nothing to do with Washington and everything to do with the fact they just fired their coach. That usually fires a team up for at least one week (see Dallas).

I don't see how a game such as NO/GB could be considered a lock either way. The game could have easily gone the other way. The only reason I had them in my parlay was because I always take a Thursday night game to add to Sunday. I have some teams I'm betting against this year and not too much else.

In 02 I when I was taking I used to call another bookie and lay money on Boise State all the time. His usual response was "Who? Whos that?"
