I once saw a really bad card at a roller rink in Brooklyn.
All no names, except for Ivan Putski, who had a 5 minute match and then ran into a limo.

At the HS I graduated from, very recently:
Snuka, Bundy, Bam Bam Bigelow, Manny Fernandez...Pro wrestling hell.
Of course, shows like this give indies a bad name. Support JAPW, CZW, whatever is GOOD in tha AREA~!
Can I chill here for a while?

I went to the one at Holy Cross HS and it had Gangrel, Dreamer and other solid workers. Not the best but a good waste of a few hours.

when i was like 12, my dad ran a wrestling show at my highshool. kamala, nikolai volkoff, nailz, axe from demolition, and good ole' hacksaw jim duggan were all there. i have a 2x4 signed in my room. ddp was supposed to be there but he had the flu or something. also, public enemy was there.
CZW IS THE BEST SHOW OUT THERE NOW. go see a czw show at the champs soccer arena in sewell nj.(this place is the most run down soccer place ever.)

About 10 years ago, a friend of mine worked as a wrestling manager for a lot of small NYC indies. He got me a spot as the (unpaid) ring announcer for this group that ran monthly shows in a church basement. Nobody got paid, but the guys wrestled for the practice. I even got into an impromptued angle with the only guy who ever amounted to anything, Jason Knight (he worked in ECW, mainly getting his butt kicked or as a manager to Justin Credible). The wrestling stunk, but it was still fun seeing all these guys feel like superstars.
I think, therefore I am..............a moron.
I'm an Asst. Manager for a pizza company, and about a year ago I went to an indy show at a high school to see one of my drivers wrestle in his first title match. I was expecting low grade developmental wrestlers and I got The Patriot, CueBall Carmicheal, and Jimmy Cicero vs Cpl. Punishment and 2 other guys, Big Slam, Christian York, Tom Brandi, Buddy Landell, and the best of all, my friend, Jayce North beat Joey Mathews for the LightWeight Title. Best quality wrestling I've ever seen live, and they wrapped the whole show up in one multi-fold storyline that began with the first match and ended with the main event. I wish Raw could be that entertaining more often.
BTW, Jayce North shorlty after moved to out of Virginia, to Louisiana, and has been tearing up the South. Look him up in the PWI 500.
Beeyatch.
