I agree. It's a way to remember the day without being morbid.
There will be plenty of opportunity that day to be sad...this will give us an opportunity to be proud.
I'm not a fan of Oprah, or her scream at anything audience, but I dont think this is so bad.
Any day's a good day to celebrate America.

knowing her team and her own style... the show will have a healthy dose of respectful remembrance, some tears, and a much needed dose of American spirit.

Yes celebrate America..I agree. But why does she have to celebrate America with a 9/11 connection. Why can't she just have a Olympic special. What does the Olympics and 9/11 have to do with one another. Just feel she is using the Olympic hype to connect to 9/11 so her show will get more views. Just don't get it.

Remembering 9/11 should be a morbid day. It was a pretty crappy day.
