I don't even know how I wound up on <a href = "http://undercoverblackman.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html">this guy's page </a>but he's responsible for getting me to the Zevon link - he also does a little discussion of the many varied uses of the N word in American heritage terms. Really interesting and varied uses for the word but sadly, they're all pretty negative. I was hoping for an ahah! moment where the word just popped up in a more inert sense.

Then I realized I just got turned onto <a href = "http://www.archive.org">this site which is apparently</a>a number of free live show downloads?

Has anyone heard of this madness? I'm seeing a poetry and Dead section which should be pretty cool to dig into.
