I could post a ton of pictures of "heavy set" women I think are gorgeous, but you're asking about "sex symbols", and, unfortunately, most of them are either shunned by the industry, or forced to lose weight to get work.

Monroe was the last one to pull it off. What was she, like a size 14? Fucking gorgeous! Epitome of what a womans body can look like.

Unfortunately, no young girl would survive the abuse and torment and come through with the self esteem needed to be "herself" and pull it off again today.

We're not even given a choice anymore to tell the advertisers and producers what we like and don't like. They roll out cookie cut images of thin women over and over. It's not like we could say, "you know, I like the big girl on Friends"... or, "I'm totally crushing on the thick girl from Sex and the City".

Yeah, Kardashian and others haved rocked the fat ass, but no one would classify them as "heavy set".

Yeah, but I think she'd be more like a modern day size 10? The American clothing industry has expanded the sizes of womens clothing, so what use to be a size 14 is now a size 10/12, I'm not sure; just a way to make women fool themselves and feel less fat and sell more clothes. What I can tell for sure is that unless it's sold in the Juniors or Petite's section the American made clothes are cut kinda big.

I'm the opposite. 6 foot, 180 pounds, and considered thin. I always laugh at the male models who are all ripped and shit, they comepletely wasted their time. For my skinny size, I can work damn hard-half my day is lifting shit at work, and I'm always on my feet unless I'm out doing deliveries.

A guy I work with is 5 ft. 11 inches, 230 pounds and looks like a beer keg. Strap him to the hood of your car, and you have a battering ram.
