In a couple of hours I,m going to be heading down to the shore to do some surfing. Theres nothing better than hitting the beach and catching some sun and surfing.I surf a Long Board, 1961 Royal Hawiian with wood fin and inlays.I can ride the wake of a boat with that board while my fellow surfers just sit and watch me go by.The weekend is going to be spectacular.:laugh:

I might wipe out a few times but its all in the game.

If anyone gets the opportunity to surf you should try it.There is a lot of benefits from. Exercise is one for you are constantly paddling and turning the board to meet the wave.Its one helluva work out without being a drag.
