America's Sexiest City

That is just a tough question. So many cities have so many great things going for them. Not a day goes in which I don't ponder the question.

So I wake up yesterday and see on the front of my local newspaper that Marie Claire magazine (http://www.jsonline.com/story/index.aspx?id=783581) has declared my fair city of Milwaukee to be "America's Sexiest City". Let me just say, thank you to Marie Claire for realizing what I've realized all of my life...the Midwest is damned sexy.

This honor, on the heels of Forbes magazine naming Milwaukee (http://www.forbes.com/lifestyle/2008/08/07/alcohol-drinking-cities-forbeslife-drink08-cx_de_avb_0807hard.html) to be America's "Second Drunkest" City, I believe cements us as a cornerstone of this great nation.
