In my opinion, one of the best placed to get descent food in the food court at the mall is Ranch 1
I am not sure if they have this place by you, but I go out of my way to go to the mall now to get this food. Its the best ever.

Do you have any favorite food court places?

I know the below pic is not in the mall, but you get the idea...

When I use to go to the mall, I would have to stop at Chik Fill-A. Good stuff.

I always liked those Auntie Anne Pretzels too.

cinnabon has to be one of the best places ever, the only problem is you can only eat one every 6 months or youll die from delicious poisoning

About 15 years ago there was this "Mexican" place in the Rockaway mall in Jersey. When I was 17 I thought that their tacos were out of this world. I miss that place.

Currently, I'll always hit up a Nathan's, but I've also been known to try the Desert Moon. And whatever place(s) have that Bourbon Chicken that they're always giving free samples of is a decent bet for a nice lunch.

Ranch 1 or Chik Fil A

Menlo Park has a nice food court in Edison NJ

They also have a Cheesecake Factory Rainforest Cafe and California Pizza Kitchen

also a Benihana, a new kick ass Sushi Buffet called Todai is about to open, was just there in Vegas, they offer Sushimi and Sushi

They have 2 Bars and Grills which offer a gr8 sports bar option ( Fox and the Hound and Champps)

also a very clean mall

my favorite mall in the tri state area

Michaels Deli in both Menlo Park and Bridgewater malls in New Jersey. Can't be beat as far as mall food goes. The Menlo Park Mall food court also has a pretty good Sushi place. I'm forced to eat mall food almost daily and have learned to stay away from any Chinese place and Burger King. Wendy's and Chik Fil A are always a safe bet.

Here around Milwaukee Wisconsin, theres a chain in several local malls called Big Easy Cajun. The Bourbon Chicken is one of my favorite meals, always get it when at Brookfield square mall!

The Food Court at the Palisades Mall has the best selection of any mall in the multiverse. I am fan of the desert moon cafe, but I usually go to Nathan's for their fries. Don't forget to mix and match.

since your location is Nassau County, I assume you frequent the Roosevelt Field mall.

I remember growing up, they used to have types of food that weren't the main franchise. Like they would have a taco place that wasn't "Taco Bell" but it was awesome. Now they just have "Taco Bells". I dont remember the name of the old place but I loved it.

Also, those special pretzels are always good..with garlic powder

Haven't eaten in the mall since the 90's, but in the King of Prussia Plaza(PA), there was a place called "Philly Cheesesteak".

Descent cheesteak, fries and a soda for $7.

Nice.:smoke:

they have the best sweet tea.

For me it is the philly cheese steak place, they have great fries. Same for Nathan's.

Haven't had that in so many years.

I could really go for some greasy goodness.

Love your sig, Stu.
Miss her red, sunburned ass.

Johnny Rockets!

Juke Box at your table, real Ice cream Milk shakes, and great burgers.

When I'm in a mall, usually around Christmas time, thats where I'll be.

QFT!!! But technically that's a resturant, and not part of the food court

As long as we're talking outside the food court, Cheesecake Factory pwns everyother resutrant in the mall

When I first saw this thread I thought somebody actually cared about me :)

In all seriousness, I think food court food sucks, though I will not argue with a Johnny Rockets milkshake.

Eateries that operate within the designated square downstairs count as food court. Anything outside, of said designated sqaure, counts as an autonomous unit for mid-mall snacking.:smoke:

I grew up with a mall with no food court. I feel like I lived a sheltered life because of it.

We all did. The food courts all got added after renovations.

I'm voting bourbon chicken, too,

The Chinese food place at the food court at White Flint Mall in Rockville, Maryland was always a favorite of mine. Except they didn't call it a food court; they had a special name for it, I can't remember.
