Well given the criteria of close to the station, good for under-21's, and easy to plan, I'd say our best bet is one of the theme restaurants.
Hard Rock Cafe or Hooters are probably the best bets of those, esp. considering they're kind of show-friendly.
I'd vote Hard Rock, but really only b/c I haven't been there in a long time- I'd go to either.
What does everyone think? Oh, and someone tell Ron & Fez this time! :-)

Ugh if I NEVER set foot in Hooters again it'll be too soon....the last time there was awful...having to stand outside for at least an hour before even being let in...my ride wanting to stand outside for another hour (or more!) after we got kicked out....not to mention the ridiculous amount of money we spent on parking and fearing for my life ( I love the boy dearly but he CANNOT drive in the city :p)I'm still having nightmares.... lol

The Hard Rock is located on the north side of 57th Street between 7th & 8th Avenues.
Nearby train stops are for the 1,9,A,B,C,D,F,N,R,Q,W.

As for time, there's 2 sides. Since it is Wednesday, people might want to leave early, so an early time like 8 might be good, but on the other hand, I'd like to hear some of the actual show, and the people in studio won't make it until after 11, so a time like 10 might be better.
Maybe split the difference and say start meeting at 9 and filter in at your leisure?
I don't think there has to be a hard time.

i agree that some might have to work..but jeez at 9 you're missing half the show..and isn't the purpose an AFTER show party. i'm not even getting to the studio till 8:30.....and by the time the people from the studio get there ya'll will be ready to leave.

if you guys are meeting at 9 i probably won't come unless people from the studio are going. just cause i don't want to show up at 11-11:30 and no one be there or whatever...ummm..yeah enough of my rambling

I know most of you don't truly know me yet, but I have a friend spinning down at a club around 5th and 2nd Ave. Not my favorite thing, but will show b/c it's a friend. Perhaps this may interest some of you. As for the Hard Rock, it sounds good to start at 9/10 so we non-studio peeps can get a little sauced in order to keep paced with the likes of FBP, Dan and Lisa. You know how much fun it is being the sober cat with all the drunks. How will everyone know who everyone is? Name tags? Just kidding....
