You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I watched this guy and some of his stuff is just wrong. Right off the bat, he fills a chimney starter with charcoal, doesn't light it, he pours it out into the kettle then douses the charcoal with lighter fluid. Hack, very hack.

I noticed that too, I am not sure why he did that, but it looked good to me regardless. You should watch the one where he makes the pulled pork! Holy shiiiit
