In NYC one night a monday...what to do????

I made reservations to the "Comedy Cellar", cause that sounds like fun, what other recommendations can be made in the vicinity of there....I am staying near Yankee Stadium, and plan to use taxi's and subway.


Should I bother with the Subway, or should I stick to Taxi's?

I think they do the "movies in the park" on Mondays @ Bryant Park. The Seaport is usually pretty good this time of the year. Make sure you wear the "I Love NY" t-shirt.

I grew up in the Bronx and it depends on where you are. Don't let the NJ and LI people scare you. If you are going to and Tourist areas ( Bronx Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Lil Italy, Yankee stadium) Cops are there to make sure your all good. Locals know if they fuck with whitey the cops will ruin there business!

Most museums are closed Mondays but its NYC plenty of places and restaurants where ever you are. Have fun!

Do a bar crawl on Christopher St.

I just did one with a friend of mine and it was a lot of fun. Hit up 4 or 5 bars and ended up at a karaoke place with a queen getting the crowd pumped up for a George Michael sing-a-long.

next......have to answer for a ticket that I got last NYC trip. That trip was for a Neil Young show in December.


But I plan on getting to city around 3 and then trying to have some fun with the woman.

Bronx is OK. Make sure you do more than just the bronx. Go to the village. Buy some stolen goods in Chinatown. Go to the outdoor market on union square.

Well went to...

PJ Carney's - midtown - had small meal.

Spike Hill - bedford and n7th in Brooklyn.

Green Point Tavern - Bedford and n7th in brooklyn

And one other one on 21st street in Manhattan.

Ate in Little Italy for late alcohol soaking up dinner.


Taxi's rock, really like the Town Cars, took the town cars any time I could find one.
