I just dropped a heavy picture frame on my nuts

I was balancing it on top of a board game carrying in one hand and tried to adjust my ipod with my free hand and it was too unwieldy and slid of the box corner first right onto my right nut. Needless to say I am in agony:wacko:

i saw nuts that had been smashed during a rogue game of football....
they turned black and remained that way for over a month...they still worked and tasted the same... so hopefully urs will too...
