This is a standard measure for those mutants over at Crossfit and other atheletic circles. Let's see how we stack up.
See how many complete sets you can do in 20 minutes of the following:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
Pullups should be done from arms fully extended to chin above the bar and with an overhand grip - palms facing out.
Pushups have to be from arms fully extended to arms bent to at least 90 degrees at the elbow.
Squats are bodyweight squats from legs fully extended to thighs at least parallel with floor.
