Sounds fantastic - but nothing will beat the rib fests I've encountered in PA this past spring and summer.

Keep an eye out for Shady Brook Farms ... when you've put away a few racks - go check out the piglet races... one day you little guys will be delicious.

The stands are starting to open along the road......I was at the county fair a few weeks ago and they were selling it coated in cheese it was grated cheese of some kind...Very different and good. The price along the road from the farmers ... You get 13 ears fresh multi colored for 3 dollars...

I will admit that I'm uninformed when it comes to grits... I think I only had them once... I didn't like them too much but I wasn't raised on it, so I can admit when I just don't "get it".
