Being related, by blood or marriage, to two different people who don't like pizza, I disagree with Tub's above posting about pizza.
So, maybe this is something for what you can serve in your own home? Or something that you'd serve at a party? (Not listening to the show detracts from any value I add to the discussion.)

The same aforementioned blood-relative who will not eat pizza also will not eat grilled cheese.
It's the cheese.
If there's even a shred of it on this relative's plate, this relative will gag.
Also, the relative will not touch veggie cheese. Which, to tell the truth, is pretty freaking nasty, much like most of the products created to mimic animal products. (Except for that yummy "veggie ground round" in the produce aisle ... I've used that in sloppy joes before-YUM! Also used it in Hamburger Helper. Better than Morningstar Farms' frozen veggie crumbles, which end up tasting a lot like Windex. Ewww.)

First off Im from Indiana and we have a shit ton of county/state fairs so I know what a funnel cake is. I believe another name they go by is elephant ears. I should have explained this better any cakey things are just not for me. Funnel cakes are better than regular shity cakes. Im fucking weird thats all. Actually most "sweets" I pass on.

See, that's the part that I totally didn't get.
I checked where you're from.
I know that the Midwesterners love deep-fried anything.
Just ask my old boss, who's from Minnesota and regaled us with stories about deep-fried hard-boiled eggs at the Minnesota State Fair. (I'll pass on those, but gimme the deep-fried Oreos!)
But, because funnel cake is more like a zeppole than it is like a Betty Crocker cake, so saying that you didn't like cake totally threw me, leading to my (incorrect) assumption that you didn't know what funnel cake is.
I tried to figure out if I knew of any other names for it and came up empty.
I'm not crazy about things that are too sweet, either. Just ask my husband how little I like the sticky buns from a bakery in the Ocean City (NJ) area that his family is addicted to ... if it's too sweet, it upsets my stomach.
