We may have a gold star winner here.

This may be the cheap just out of college in me but throw a bit of it in ramen with egg, a quarter lemon squeezed and grated and fresh chopped cilantro or basil depending on your particular taste.

Once again another gem...and anytime you can justify a twice baked potato I am in.

Get a nice crab cake recipe, the simpler the better, but instead of patties, make little balls, roll them in Panko and deep fry.

Crab Fritters!!! Getcha some!

Bernaise is very similar to a hollandaise but I think it may be what you are looking for. Booster I would listen to any of these further East than I people, as the only crabs that we have here come from the trailer parks. Best of luck and enjoy your meat.

Tarragon vinegar and cayenne, right?

Tarragon vinegar and cayenne, right?

depends on where you are coming from the "classic" is tarragon, white wine (or vinegar) onion and lemon plus the normal butter and eggs. The way that I would make it would have cayenne in it but thats because I grow those in my herb garden and they make everything taste better. There are all kinds of crazy stuff out there like add mayo and other things that make me a little standoffish.

Nothing better than Steak fondue with bernaise.

The only time you can get away with putting a little sauce on steak.
