This might be one of the funniest stories I've read this year. The first being that Barrack Obama was a legitimate candidate for President of the United States, but this is a close second for being very funny.
Having spent much of my life in South Carolina, I have to say that this is typical of decision making policies. Not well thought out, not well executed and SOOOOO GAY...
