go for the lasagne.
if you want to make it healthy, mix in some frozen chopped spinach and veggie burgers, and layer it in with low fat cheese and sauce. use with wheat or whole grain noodles. awesomely yummy

Lasagne, shouldn't be even close. Roast would win at www.ronfez.uk

Lasagne.
Aww man, I haven't had a good Lasagne in a long time. I may have to stop off at an Italian place for dinner this week.

You need more fish in your diet. Have some salmon or flounder.

If it is a pot roast, will there be potatos and carrots?

im Italian (but really im American) but my greasy roots lead me to believe that there is never a choice between Italian and anything else for me...the extreme amount of carbs always win....CarbWhore....but i do like my lasagna really meaty and cheesie...in addition to the inside i like the outside to be with meat sauce and covered in melted cheese...so much cheese u cant poop for DAYS....."perhaps more than that!"

Roast tonight. Especially like Tub mentioned. Crock pot?
I'm a fan of lasagne but I'm not feeling that.

So what happened? Was the advice of the board spurned or did TjM take that boat ride?
