Anyone have a wing sauce recipe they like?
I've been done a bottle of Frank's Wing Hot Sauce and half stick or so of butter. It's delicious but I'm ready to upgrade.

the Ingredients:
20 chicken wings
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup Frank's Red hot Sauce
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Bake wings in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
3. Get a small bowl and combine melted butter, hot sauce, tomato sauce, chili powder and cayenne pepper...mix these all together
4. When wings are baked, dip in sauce to coat well, then shake off excess and return coated wings to baking sheet. Reduce oven temperature to about 250 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes to set sauce.
IT's a kick up to what you already do...if you like spice. the tomato sauce adds a little tang to it. Everyone loves it!
but you can add more or less of the seasonings depending on your love of spice

I understand, Johnny. (my friend's beach house has a full length mirror in the bathroom. I got out of the shower, saw my reflection and went for a weapon.)
PS-Who wouldn't tap Reilly? She's a Celtic goddess!

If that one sig pic is accurate - by cocktail hour, ba-bing!
Thanks pals -
I'm trying them both. I'm curious to see how much heat that chili powder adds... I'd never used chili powder and added it to a rub once about a year ago - forget it... I ate those ribs but I didn't enjoy them.
