i've seen billy dozens of times and he never disappoints. elton loses points with me because of his feud with Madonna.
Billy all the way!!!
Anyone going to Billy's last shows at Shea? I'm going to the very last show. Can't wait!

Chewing on aluminum foil isn't a poll option? Cuz I would have picked that and thrown in $20 to do so.

I was hoping for a Crazed option but I'll say Elton cause I every time I hear
"Tiny Dancer" I see the bus scene in Almost Famous.

I love Billy but, he never did anything as bad-ass as THIS.

If you stay within the 1970s, Elton kicks Billy's ass. By 1980 Elton had already become too treacly for me. Billy still had some edgier stuff through the 80s. Now I guess they're basically Vegas acts at this point. They're still great in concert:

Pre-1980, elton would have won. If you have to consider the crap he put out after that, Billy.
I saw Billy about a month ago at Mohegan Sun and he's still an amazing performer.
