I accidentally closed an excel spreadsheet I was working on without saving some changes I had made. What's the easiest way to go about recovering that version?

In excel check your AutoRecover save location under tools > options > save.

It should be something like C:\Documents and Settings\Fezticle98\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\

open all the recent .xls files to see if it's one of them.
