Problem with the Negro League in their hayday, and even the major leagues, is that they both had players in their leagues that should not have of been playing. Plain and simple. Best thing about integration is that it brought back the "short game" of baseball...but they didnt always play in ballfields, the Negro Leagues that is.

The guy I give 100% credit too is Satchel Paige. He started an estimated 2500 games for both Negro Leagues, winter ball and Major Leagues...that is an impressive feat.
