First off, let me apologize in advance if I put this in the wrong forum. Mods, please feel free to move this somewhere more appropriate.

The idea here is to pass along some comforting or useful words to the rest of us. Since stuff mught come to me along the way, I may add additional posts, so feel free to post more than 1 pearl of wisdom.

The best advice I ever got (at least that I can think of right now):

Always remember to KISS...Keep It Simple, Stupid.

If there is ever anyone that pissed you off enough to want see pay, don't do it yourself. Just wait. If they pissed you off that much, chances are that they also pissed off someone else who won't want to wait, and will do the dirty work instead of you.

This has already happened once for me.
