WTF is up with my phone?

The speakerphone mode works, but the regular listening does not.
I even bought a new speaker and replaced the old one, just in case.
I'm guessing it may be a feature issue, but I can't find it.
Help.

could be a profile thing. maybe the phone thinks you have a blutooth device or earpiece connected, so it's not sending audio to the regular speaker.

have you tried removing the battery and resetting the phone?
