I just went to pick up the former greatest breakfast ever, bacon egg and cheese biscuits with hashbrowns. The McDonalds by my house has apparently changed to this new white premade frozen egg thing. Its not horrible, but compared to what a BEC Biscuit was, ITS FUCKIN GARBAGE

Fuck you you cheap cocks, make millions and still cut to even SHITTIER products to make more money

As long as I've known, they've always used the premade frozen egg discs. White disc with a frozen yolk in the middle. They actually used real fresh eggs at one point in your MCD's?

i dont know if they were fresh, but it was like a solid thing of scrambled eggs, so it tasted way better with the sandwich. Egg McMuffins usually use the egg disc which is why THEY SUCK BALLS

According to the McDonalds website, it's called a "fluffy folded egg".

Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit (Regular Size Biscuit)
Serving Size: 5 oz (142 g)
Fluffy folded egg, two strips of crispy bacon, slice of American cheese on a flaky buttermilk flavored biscuit

I think they must have run out of fluffy folded eggs.

This was actually my first thought.

I worked Hardees for a summer and while I was still learning the sandwiches I accidentally pulled out a bunch of the "Fried Chicken" breasts instead of the Grilled chicken breasts. Those sandwiches must have sucked hard.

And they really might have run out of the correct eggs.

Mitigating factor - most bagel places around me close by 2. You can get the Pork Roll sandwich at a bunch of times during the day and late at night.

Here's my awful experience with McD's bacon egg and cheese. I normally get one from the delis near my school, but when I work in the mornings I'm limited to the places I can get breakfast. So I decided to try out McD's because I heard good things about the egg mcmuffin. But then I saw they had 2 BECs for $3, and I had to try.

It is terrible. It's on par with a microwaved sandwich from Dunkin Donuts. The biscuit was so dry... the egg disk was shitty.....the bacon was nearly nonexistant....... the slice of cheese was cold and no where near melted. Of course I ate both because I never waste food. But it was the worst breakfast I'd had in a while.

two breakfast things at mc donalds i can eat without feeling sick.
1. steak egg and cheese bagel (very bad for you)
2. origional breakfast burrito (with tons of picante)

i only eat that shit on road trips when nothing else can be found and the kids are screaming for food. that is the thing, mc donalds are at almost every exit of every highway in the country.
i much prefer to find a small mom and pop type place for breakfast on the road or even truckstops.

Thought I was on Earth 2 when I drove to Maine one day and saw "McLobster" sandwich on their menu.

My mother is from the South Shore of Massachusetts and her favorite seafood place is Red Lobster.

Some people just like the taste of shit.

Always special order McD's food.........comes to you fresh. Order a cheeseburger with no onions, a chicken sandwich with no tomato, etc..........
Zackly - Order "Off the grill" or as you said, oddball it. The egg or burger vehicle will still be a disc, you will wait 1.23 minutes extra, but the sammich will be fresh. Your time to stool will not exceed 45 minutes in any case. Ostensibly, nothing has changed.

Bullshit... I ain't driving to MD for some crabs... I'll go up to The Circus on Rte 35 and pick up some of their Maryland Softshell Crab Sammiches if she wants crabs so badly.

Is that place near Sea Girt? I think my buddy took me there a few years ago. The burgers were fantastic.

Depends on where you live. They've been rolling it out for the past year in test markets. I know Phoenix, Pittsburgh, and Kansas City have it for sure.

Menu choices include: Maple Baked Frescuit sandwich (like a BECB but with MAPLE flavored biscuit!), Coffee cake and Blueberry muffins, Mornin' Melt Panini sandwich (sausage or bacon) and Cinnamon Swirl roll. They're upgrading their coffee too and will add a dark roast along with Iced Coffee (3 flavors - vanilla, hazelnut and mocha) soon.

Please try them all. I have 2 kids in private school.

Thenk yew.

You guys are aware that the crabs they catch in Maryland are the same ones they have in Jersey? If you really want some crabs, get a 15 dollar cage and a piece of bait fish, and put some work in. They taste so much better that way.

I'm a big Wendy's fan. Consistent chili - at least at the shop on 206 in Hillsboro, NJ. Otherwise a better bet for fast food IMO than BK or McDicks. Mmmmm - Maple. Hope they get breakfast soon.

I would NEVER eat seafood thats brought to my car window. I also refuse to eat any seafood within 100 feet of a boardwalk.

And if I worked on a fishing boat, I would just take crabs that I caught. I would never even go to a seafood place. Im actually working on a duel residency up in Mass so I can get a lobster diving license when I go up there so I dont have to buy those either.

OK actually I should ask you. I saw some thing about this clam boat that crashed into the seawall at the inlet, maybe it was a year ago now. And someone said something about how clam boats are allowed to come into the inlet with a full load or something? It happens every couple of years. Usually the incidents around the inlet are caused by pilot error. The clam vessels are notorious for coming in with a load so heavy that their scuppers (little holes for water to drain off the deck) are at the water line. With a load that heavy it only takes a small mistake to go down.
The one you are probably talking about was 2 or 3 years ago and was caused by the captain falling asleep on watch. He set the autopilot for the inlet and nodded off. They usually set an alarm to go off about 10 minutes before they get to the inlet just to be safe but he must have forgot. Anyway he hit rocks on the south side and just put the vessel along the inlet wall to keep most of it above water.

They unload at the clam dock in the manasquan river so every clam is brought through the inlet. The problem lies in greedy caps taking too many onboard.

Yeah. They store the clams in steel cages on the deck so they are easy to unload. If you ever are in Pt. Pl., if you go down channel drive you can walk right down and see them packing out. It's the shittiest looking building on the street.
Clamming is really a shady operation around here. Most of the deckhands are crackheads or blowing bags of H all day, and the caps are just out to make as much loot as possible.

NEVER. The thought of eating seafood from a can is so much worse then from teh boardwalk. And after having Clam Chowder fresh up in NE, it really spoils it. I have a hard time eating it even in a restaurant.

Basically, with the exception of shrimp and the one fish I like, salmon, Everything else seafood I will eat has to be alive when I ordered it and from the cleanest places or prefferably, caught by me

Yeah, I sometimes sell extra fish to some of the places around here so I get to see where the food comes from. Almost all the restaurants around here get their fish frozen. There are only a couple places with real nice fresh fish. The best for consistent quality is Klein's in Belmar.
Plus, if they have a case where you can see the fish and you know what the fillet should look like you can order what looks the best. I usually eat what I catch myself or trade with guys from other boats for different species.
I do like sushi too and there are a couple nice places around here. Maybe 3 good ones out of about 30 or 40 in the area.

McDonalds is fucking garbage. Always has been always will be. Ya only stop in when you have no time or it's the only thing open at like 4 in the morning as you drive somewhere, and even then you're not too happy you stopped.

McDonalds is diahrrea in a paper wrapper. I don't care what they do to the food, it sucks. They actually had some newer salads that weren't total shit, but as for their burgers, fucking awful.

They also treat their employees like fucking animals. The more and more I think of it the less and less I want to ever step foot in a McDonalds again.
