Keeping in the ye 'ole tradition of a sequel every four years, I have to ask:
Anyone Lose A Foot? (http://ca.reuters.com/article/domesticNews/idCAN2341453420080523)
Another severed human foot has been discovered washed ashore on Canada's Pacific coast, but police are no closer to solving the gruesome mystery on where they are coming from.
The shoe-clad foot was discovered on Thursday on a small uninhabited island south of Vancouver in the Strait of Georgia, and is the fourth discovered in the region in the past 10 months.

A shoe found with human remains Saturday morning near the shoreline of Lake Travis matches a shoe found about a mile away, close to Windy Point Park, in November, Travis County sheriff's office spokesman Roger Wade said Tuesday.
This one is in Texas.

Ok... something strange is definitely a foot...
5th human foot washes up on B.C. shore (http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/2008001287_webfoot16.html)
A fifth human foot in a year has washed ashore off the coast of British Columbia, and this time it's a left one.
"We're certainly not discounting the possibility that this may be linked to the other recovered feet, but it's just too premature and very speculative for us to even entertain that right now," she said.

Floating feet a worldwide phenomenon (http://network.nationalpost.com/np/blogs/posted/archive/2008/06/18/floating-feet-a-worldwide-phenomenon.aspx)
What's going on in B.C. is not an isolated phenomenon, The Province reports. Eight feet have been found along shorelines around the world since 2004 in addition to the five found in running shoes in B.C. waters in the past year, including one this week:
They include a right foot in a sock in New Zealand, a right foot in a high-top runner in the Ottawa River in Ottawa, two feet on Chesil Beach in southern England, two in Spain, one in California and another in Merseyside in the U.K.
Most were clad in a shoe or a sock and had broken apart from the bodies, and the mysteries surrounding some of their origins still haven't been solved.

I know this is unrelated. I was listening to a podcast and heard someone mention that Colonel DeBeers wrestled without a foot. I know that Kerry Von Erich also wrestled with a fake foot. Maybe these missing feet are former professional wrestlers.

Authorities in Canada and Washington state are trying to determine whether a footless body that washed up in the San Juan Islands last year is connected to any of the mystery feet that have been washing ashore in British Columbia in recent months (http://www.komonews.com/news/25665894.html)
But the strangest thing of all was that the body had no feet.

POLICE in Washington State were investigatingy the eighth human foot in two-and-a-half years to have washed ashore along the stretch of waterway between Vancouver and Seattle.
The severed foot - stripped of all skin with only muscle and tendon remaining -=- was found pm Friday morning by a person walking along a beach on Whidbey Island, 48 kilometres north of Seattle, police told local news channel KOMO-TV.
Investigators claim that the foot was likely in the water for less than two months, and judging by its size, probably belonged to a woman or a child.

i love how the pic makes you think you are looking at the feet of the woman mentioned in the article, until you read closely:
The woman’s right foot was found in May 2008, and the left was in November 2008, at two different points in the Fraser River near Richmond, B.C. The feet, which police said detached naturally from the body over time, were in New Balance running shoes.
