I think that people SHOULD know difference, but I also think people are stupid
(so they don't realize difference) between the cable versions and network ones.

BUT he picks on those very things with the people around him like Fez or Earl or Dave's hobbies. I think this point has already been made but the News has to provide context because most people don't pay enough attention to understand any one issue in any amount of depth. Whenever you provide context there are going to be things that are included or left out to reflect the current story in certain light. Context is necessary but is always going to provide a slant.
