No no no Snoogans according to BDC postulate #1 you have to take pllayers from teams that have a chance so no players on any team that didnt start out 9-2

I always actually prefer no Cubs so they get the whole weekend off...but it looks like Soto is gonna be the starting catcher (ironic, since he'll probably need the rest more than anyone by then), and I wouldn't be surprised to see Zambrano, Dempster and Marmol all end up being voting to go. If Soriano's offense keeps up like it has this May, he definitely deserves any votes he can get.

Oh, Aramis Ramirez yet again deserves to be voted onto the roster, but he'll probably go on being one of the best 3rd basemen in all of baseball and forgotten.

I'm just glad LaRussa won't be managing this year
so that Pujols can get in the game.
And before you say it, he will be there.
Epo has tons of ballots to fill out and he loves Pujols.

That's funny....I seem to be voting for someone much fatter and with much less production this season....................

Bastards.
You know if a guy like Aramis was on either of ESPN''s schoolgirl crush teams, we'd never hear the end of him.

Wait, which two teams did you think I was talking about? ESPN would die if Boston didn't exist.

Come on Mojo, its not as if the Cubs are ESPN's bastard child that has to be hidden in the basement. They get more than their fair share of the media spotlight.

I like your picks at catcher and 1st base, but as a Twins fan I am biased. I also like Carl Crawford in the outfield, he is one of the most underrated players in the league.
Only change for me would be Alex Gordon at 3rd and Nick Markakis over Carlos Quintein, mainly for his glove and arm in the field.

I don't think ESPN likes the Yankees at all. They cover them because it NY but the are so Boston Bias that its disgusting.

I think Jeter deserves to be there, the shortstop position is certainly lacking in the AL this year
The only other person in the AL that really deserves a slot is Michael Young, and he has put up just about equal numbers as Jeter.
What a disappointment Renteria has been. But you can probably say that for every Tiger so far

I guess no other SS is having a better year.
Arod however, i stand by my statement.
He has not hit in the clutch(shocker) and has made like 9 E's even though he was out like a month.

I rarely see anything besides the usual 90 second game summary. They're hardly ever at or near the top of the broadcast, they almost never get the extended coverage or analysis. Granted, they get a decent number of games broadcasted, but that's simply ESPN playing the numbers game. They recognize there that the Cubs have a massive fanbase, but when it comes time for them to actual comment on or analyze or discuss specific teams, they become NESPN.
