Hey cats. I have a question. When I was a child, I saw a movie called "Simon". It stared Allan Arikin. I really think I liked it but can not find a copy as an adult. Has anyone seen this movie or know where I can get it?
Also, I had such a hard time figuring out what movie it was and who the actor was, that I thought maybe other people have a hard time finding strange movies, that they can't quite place. If so maybe we can start helping each other out.

I remember that. It was on all the time when we first got cable when I was a kid. It is available on VHS (http://www.amazon.com/Simon-Alan-Arkin/dp/6300271684/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&s=video&qid=1211404958&sr=8-14), but I don't think it was ever released on DVD.

I was kind of hoping this thread would be about something that can help you find a movie that you cant remember much about.
When I was a kid I saw this cartoon kind of movie on TV with these two giants and I loved it and it was strange and all I remember is that it seemed hand drawn and the giants had big feet, and I think it ended when one of them fell to earth from a high point. I really wish I could remember more and would love to see if it lived up to my adult expectations. I think it was on once or twice. Late 70's maybe?

I remember when I was a kid in the late 80's/early 90's my friends always talked about some slasher movie where a kid was a killer. I believe you knew the kid did it the whole time, so it's not like it was a shocking revelation at the end. I believe he may have tossed a radio in the bathtub to kill his sister or babysitter. I think the kid had a pretty simple name like Billy and it may have been somewhat of a dark comedy. Any idea what I'm talking about? I'm fairly sure it wasn't Child's Play or Sleepaway Camp.

How about the title of a movie where people remained in contact by cell phone and e-mail and avoided actually meeting. You see people make plans to meet and then when they get to the bar hesitate then keep walking. The final part is a girl giving birth to a baby in the hospital alone with all her friends (including the father I think) talking her through it on cell phones.
