Traveling Virus Email for the PNC Bank Arts Center in Homdel, New Jersey on August 2nd:

Opie & Anthony's Traveling Virus is returning for another year! After the success of the past two years, we just couldn't resist returning for one big blowout show that will be bigger and better than anything you have seen from the Traveling Virus!

Join Opie & Anthony and all your favorite comedians at PNC Bank Arts Center on August 2 for an evening full of all the comedians (and antics) you know and love from the radio show. Tickets are on sale THIS SATURDAY, MAY 3 at 9a.m. at http://www.ticketmaster.com.

PNC Bank Arts Center wanted to announce and go on-sale with their entire summer season this weekend, so we are going on sale without announcing our lineup ... we are still firming a few guys up! But don't let that stop you from getting tickets as soon as they go on sale - there will NOT be shows in Boston, DC or Philly this year, so this just might be your only chance to see the show!

We know you are the inner circle of Opie & Anthony fans, so we wanted to make sure you knew about tickets going on sale and could scoop up the best seats as soon as they are available - by the time we do confirm and announce our lineup you may find all the great seats are already taken!

I'm going. But don't ask for any signatures. I've got dope to smoke, and shit like that.

I thought about buying tix this morning, but all I want are lawn seats and every year they put out $10 seats closer to the event, so I'll wait for those.

i have 2 tix and 1 preferred parking that i need to get rid of....why you ask, because i am emasculated and have to go to a wedding with my girlfriend on the 2nd....yes, i know, i suck...anyway, i was thinking of throwing them on ebay or craigslist, but i figured i'd give the buddays at .net a shot at them beforehand....the seats are great.....seriously....really fucking great....pm me if you're interested....

I'll probably be there. Could someone post the tailgating info in a thread in the Lounge or this forum?

And the tix are $4 on LiveNation.com right now ($10 with all the fees)

I plan to be there but I've heard rumors of no tailgating this year. PNC confirmed that the gate to the parking lot will be opened at 5.

link? I'm not finding that.

edit: never mind. I found it. You have to create an account to see it. Is it safe to say that PNC is not reachable via public transportation?

it's not... but you can take the train to Metropark and i am sure that Me or someone else of your choosing would be more than happy to pick you up, mikey.

i don't live far and intend on making the effort to tailgate. we usually meet pretty early ... like 11 or so i think... at the rest stop before the arts center and caravan in.

Thanks for the help. I just remembered that I'll be in Boston this weekend, so I shall not be in attendance. $4 is a pretty nice deal though.
