World Leaders (ugly edition)

On the day in history, April 28, 1945 Benito Mussolini was shot and killed by his own people, dragged through the streets and hung upside down publicly for all to see. To me, Mussolini was much more than a horrible fascist dictator. He was also the most unattractive world leader there ever was.
My question to you is; Alive or Dead - Who is the most unattractive world leader?
