i'm running windows xp and recently I've been unable to do a cntl/alt/del and look at task Manager. i receive a pop-up stating
" Task Manager Has Been Disabled By The Administrator "
I go in as Administrator but unable to determine where I can re-enable this function.
I've also been getting the Microsoft Yellow Triangle stating that I have Spyware and have run Adaware, Spybot, and downloaded and ran AVG Anti-Virus. The Microsoft Yellow Triangle has seemed to gone away but I'm still unable to CNTL/ALT/DEL
any help would be appreciated!

Hey FUNKMAN!
I have a fix for this you can download the file here (http://www.ronfez.net/forums/windowsxp.mvps.org/reg/EnableTM.reg).
FIRST USE CAUTION!: You should make a backup of your registry before applying this fix just in case.
It's a registry fix. Just save it to your desktop, double-click the file, click Yes when prompted, then OK when it has been successfully entered. Restart your machine.
