Is it really the online feed or your internet connection?

And I am not trying to be a dick - I have been using the online feed all morning without an issue.

Do you log into the site directly or do you use something like XAmp or XStream to get to the feed? I use XAmp and I have always liked it better than logging directly into the listen-live site.

You might want to lower the bit rate as well, from 64 to 32. As R&F are talk, the change isn't going to make that much of a difference.

640kbps last i checked.

I have the setting on low bandwith.

well i was on HIGH bandwith and i switched to low

well it was going for about 5-7 min. there and we are out again. nm
