Ron and fez store

Long time no post. I just wanted to let everyone know about the bullshit that goes on at ronandfezstore.com

I ordered shirts from there the first week of February, and I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited some more. (They took the money from my paypal account IMMEDIATELY) I emailed to find out what was the deal, and was told the shirts were made to order, but mine was in the process of being done up, and that the supplier moved and blah blah.

So I wait a lil longer, and a lil more longer. I email again, wanting to know where my stuff was as it'd been over 2 months. I see on the site they say they are a month behind, even so I ordered over 10 weeks ago, and how do they remedy this situation?

They just ignore the emails.

So I decided to email them, and Ron and Fez themselves. I planned on calling into the show to let them know that someone is using their name to make shirts, probably make a profit, and not deliver the goods.

My luck the day was a best of Big ass night of fights 2. So I returned to work, not able to call stewing still about getting screwed.

I check my email today, and theres a pleasant letter from Pitzy , saying they read my email, and arent associated with that site, but wanted to make good with me.

Long story short I'm getting some shirts from them, and Pitzy isn't useless at all.

I just say do not buy shirts from them. I would hope Ron and Fez will step in and do something because people are definitely committing fraud in their name.

That was kind of rambling, and I'm sure I'll get flamed, but I had enough, and since their site says all the money goes to the community I figured, let the community know.

I NEVER ignored ANYONES emails.. I dont print the shirts, just helped design a few of the shirts. We have offered those who didnt or couldnt wait with FULL REFUNDS if they wanted. We arent RICH and really can not afford to have a HUGE factory pumping these shirts out, we are at the mercy of our printer ( the only printer out there that will print as ordered, we really can not afford the inventory or space to house 7 different sizes for each of the 15+ shirts) Those who got their shirts were EXCITED and SUPER-PUMPED with their order. I have recieved over 30 emails saying "HOW GREAT" they were and how they were " WORTH THE WAIT" :) I am really sorry if you are unhappy, it was NEVER my intention to upset anyone. All I wanted to do was fill a need. I wanted more RON AND FEZ SHIRTS out there, and since I only saw a few choices, I thought it would be cool.. I waited, and waited.. NO ONE really stepped up and filled the need ( some did, kudos) I along with a few others took on the challange. Its real easy to "crap" on an idea or person.. I know, but we were just trying to do good by fans. We all have other FULL TIME JOBS, and to come home and get reemed on RONFEZ.NET ( who have nothing to do with the store) is upsetting. I/ WE would have offered you a %100 refund. We still would. I hate controversy, I hate having people mad at me. All I wanted to do was give back to the GREATEST RADIO SHOW I have ever heard. I am sorry. Please either PM me or email me.. We can fix this, I am sure. Trust me, NOT ALL of the transactions end like this, we have had WAAAAAAAY more happy customers .

sorry to hear that, but my experience with purchasing from the place have been nothing but great.....i found the people very cordial and willing to help in any capacity......

Moreover, i think that using this platform to air your grievances is in poor taste.....deal with it yourself, without besmirching the name of an otherwise fine business.

Wow, Photoshop mike, is great people. I have proof that I've had dealings with someone from the site that I've been jerked around. Ill Fwd the emails to you when I get back from work.

I was SO excited about the shirts, thats why I ordered right away. I hope everything can get worked out, and sorry for airing dirty laundry here. I was just fed up.

If i dealt with it the way I wanted to, with the emails I have from someone representing them, and then the complete and utter disregard for my questions as to where my stuff was, they wouldnt be happy.

If you were jerked around for 10 weeks, you'd besmirch people do.

Probably would call wrestlers Triple HAICH, or UMANGA.

It sound to me like JoeYaDeadHomey tried to take care of this issue through the appropriate channels but was getting no satisfaction. I suppose if it had been me, I might have sent PhotoshopMike and email or PM through this board , but JoeYaDeadHomey might not have known he was associated with the store.

The few times that I have ordered from PhotoshopMike, he has always been extremely helpful and friendly. He is aces in my book.

My birthday is coming up and I have made it clear to my family that I would like some stuff from there.

1) Ron and Fez gave us permission on EVERY image (Great guys)
2) I have NEVER made a profit
3) We are still a "start up" ...we deliver ( it may take abit longer since its such a small
operation)

I have to back PSM up here. My first order was screwed up and, because PhotoshopMike is the man, my order was fixed with no problems. Took a little while, but I have my t-shirt. And it is a GREAT t-shirt and great quality.

Your situation was resolved in exactly the same manner it would have , had you did not post here. Mike can vouche for that. Posting here had nothing to do with it.

As stated in the other thread about this, we had a printer drop out on us and needed lots of time to re-set up the new guy new screens and new stock we lost and get working on the back orders.

As soon as the printer caught up, the shirts on backorder went out as planned. Despite any posts on any board.

I am very glad you got the shirt you wanted, and me and mike put you on the list to receive something free of charge for the inconvenience.

Things are back in order now and we are sorry for the delay. Peace

I had a problem with an order placed in January. I made it public by creating a post here a couple weeks ago. Christopher Robert immediately got in touch with me privately and was very apologetic about the situation and refunded me immediately. I was okay with the decision, so I asked the mods to delete the thread.

Chris even insisted on giving me a free shirt even after the refund. I told him it wasn't necessary as my post wasn't intended to bash or get free stuff out of. He just wanted to make good on the situation and a little more than a week later a shirt arrived via UPS.

I will definitely place another order through their store as it seems apparent that all of their issues have been resolved.
