I wasn't sure if this should go in the Confessional or the Health and Fitness Forums so I put it here.

I have put myself on an exercise and diet regimen recently. As a reult, I have been eating A LOT of ruffage and fiber lately and this morning I had a bout of explosive diarrhea. It shot out through that little space between the bowl and the seat and splattered on my shower curtain. Pretty fucking gross. Just thought I'd share. Enjoy your lunches everyone!

I can totally relate. I once shit in the shower and it shot through the space between the curtain and the wall, splattering on the toilet. A mess, Sir. An abomination!

It can if you have never cleansed your colon before, or if you're not used to eating roughage and fiber. If it continues, back off on your fiber, or include some foods that help create some bulk, like bananas, apples, or rice. You'll stabilize soon... if not, some probiotics can help stabilize your stomach.

I think the fact that you shit sideways shows you that you had some blockages there and needed to be cleaned out.

i agree. sounds like you have "spray nozzle ass" (http://ronfez.net/forums/showthread.php?p=1695050#post1695050). run your ass under very hot water, or use a thin stick to get in there and work the blockage loose.
