Worked 18 hours of OT, watched TV and masturbated. It was pretty busy.

On Saturday morning, the family helped cleand up the little league field my kids play on as a thank you to NYC for letting us use the field that we pay taxes on (while two NYC Parks Dept. employees sat in their trucks and watched us). After that it was into the office to cover a tennis match and wait for other results to trickle in.

Sunday was a softball doubleheader day capped with another tennis match.

oooh, luckily I had a very exciting weekend...

On Friday night I went to a party where it wound up being more Lesbians than straights...

On Saturday I smoked hash for the first time in almost 10 years with my friend then went to my brother in law's birthday party where my sister bitched at him for every SINGLE thing he did or said (I'm SO not exaggerating) at his own b-day party...then I passed out and slept like a baby...

On Sunday I played the piano with my mother and we practiced for our upcoming Piano Bar Party night we're having one night this summer...also played with her Korg keyboard (I want one!!!!)...

On Friday, I went to see Texas play Stanford and Memphis play Michigan State in the Sweet 16.

On Saturday, we had a birthday party for my daughter and I took a nap.

On Sunday, I went to see Memphis play Texas in the Elite 8.

i'm on daddy-duty fri and sat nites, so i'm usually home with the kid and she goes out.

this weekend was hellish, did the whole "no more crib, now its a big-boy bed" thing.
ugh. least to say, sat nite, i dont even think i made it till 10pm.

Saturday my guy and I started registering for the wedding. best thing ever. saturday night hung with a friend and went out for some japanese food. sunday was the bay ridge st patty's day parade, so we spent the day barhopping.

On Saturday George Romero gave me his home address.

On Sunday I went to the National's home opener.

Friday night went to Target, I feel like I'm there everyday, to get a birthday present for a 5 yr old and a new DS game which I secretly don't mind playing. (Mario Party) The rest of Friday night is a blur but I know I was up all night talking to my sweetie :wub:

Sat I did some laundry, scrubbed the bathroom, did some homework, and was on here while my daughter was with her biological father. I think again I was up all night talking to my sweetie :wub: lol The nights run into each other!

Sun took my daughter to the birthday party at the bowling alley, had a beer with her pre school teacher to ease the pain of being there, then went to my parents house and shreaded as many boxes of old checks as I could before overheating their shreader. Then came home showered the kid, threw her in bed, and passed out myself.

Now, I'm avoiding shit I *NEED* to take care of.

Try money. We pay my daughter $1/day if she spends the whole night in her own bed. Then we let her buy a new toys with her money on the weekends. Now she hardley ever gets in our bed. Nothing else we tried worked.

I also had a daddy weekend. The wife stays home with the little one during the week, so I get up with him Sat and Sun so mommy can sleep in.

I tried to teach him to whistle for a while then we went to Wegmans and he tried some sushi. I also tried to introduce him to British humor, so we wtached Hot Fuzz and episodes of the Young Ones.

Mine started the day before

Thursday - bus to New York City; picked up a book someone sent me on the way out the door, and it was all about New York City in the late 1930s - finished it by the time we pulled into Penn Station (I highly recommend "Vamoose" for your DC to NY bus needs).

Friday - meeting in Wall Street about website and video streaming cor churches; visited the WTC site for the first time; met up with a friend and his son, which blew my plans to stop by "The Show" and see R&F; went to Yankees game to spread the ashes of my best friend who died last summer.:down:

Saturday - walked to that comic book store acrss the street from the Empire State Building and picked up Secret Invasion; found out that Alice Fuzzybutt's job is more important than me and Ethiopian food :wink:; grumbled about how skinny everyone is in Manhattan; visited the Museum of Sex; went to Washington Square Park for the first time; found out Mikeyboy's children are more important than me :banning:; went to the New York Underground Film Festival to see "We Are Wizards" and got invited to an afterparty.

Sunday - returned to Wall Street for live webcast of Trinity's service; walked around some more; took the bus back down (under 4 hours, including a stop! - and for only $25!)

Friday-went on a mad cleaning frenzy cause my place was a disaster. Fought w/kid to sleep in her bed.

Sat-cleaned my kid's bedroom. Met up with one of the Michelle's I know (one that I worked with but she left my office and is in the corp office now) for dinner with my family. Fought w/the kid to sleep in her bed.

Sun-drained pool w/my dad. Washed the dog. Watched the race. Did homework. Debated with the ex. Fought with the kid to sleep in her bed. Did more homework.

Is it me or is my life really boring???

Well I guess I am moving south....albeit only 1/2 hr south but south none the less.
Moving out to the lake (hopefully) if all the financial planets align. So far the first one has been good, but we still have to go to the bank on Thursday.
