I've used AutoCAD for about 10 years now, but have been using AutoCAD 2004. What is the problem you're having?

Yes, I use it. I might be able to help. What's up?

I use AutoCAD for GIS surveying, and I'm able to link my GPSeismic database tables to a drawing, but I can't figure out how to have my drawing update from the links

Whuh? You can do that?

I have no idea. I use mine for 2D structural drafting.

Normally I prefer R-14, I'm old school, but my company wants to be all "up to date". It sucks, I love R-14

Acad user since v9, currently using 2002. (sporadically) I've been converted to Solidworks for the past year. It's the shiznit for 3d modeling.

Have you tried looking for your answer with these dweebs? http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/
