How Can I Clean This Up?

ok, a little background...

my brother and i are opening a website to sell musical instruments online. its a really professional deal, and we want it to look top notch. i created a logo using clip art that i found online and i printed it out and arranged it and taped it. then i scanned it into the computer and the tape marks are showing and the bottom of it got chopped. here it is:

Is this free to use clip art?
Otherwise, it may be an issue if you are making money and didn't pay for the rights.

Frankly, the art isn't that amazing. Just pay some guy (or trace) the existing image in photoshop. You could probably get it for close to free.

Can you send the clipart pieces via email so we can use the original to them put together electronically? That would be a lot easier and faster than trying to PS all the tape marks out.

The text and scan lines is what is killing it. I tried to help that out. Didn't have the exact text styles though.
